The offer

Engineering diagnosis. 3 weeks, EUR 9 500, written report.

Three weeks inside your engineering organisation. You get a report the board can read, a plan with numbers attached, and a recommendation that may not include me. It ends there if you want it to.

What happens in the 3 weeks

WeekWork
Week 1Delivery data, the cloud and supplier bills, the org chart against the roadmap. Interviews with the founder or owner, the engineering leads, and the people everyone mentions.
Week 2The deep dive where week 1 pointed: the platform and its cost, the teams that ship against the teams that meet, the contracts nobody has reread.
Week 3The written report, the plan, and a working session to walk the leadership through both.

About 8 to 10 working days of my time in total, remote-first, on site where the situation asks for it.

What you get

What it costs

EUR 9 500, fixed, agreed before the work starts. No day-rate meter, no scope creep clause, no follow-up obligation. If the diagnosis leads to a longer engagement, the rates for that are discussed then, on the published bands.

Who it is for

Founders, CEOs and owners of companies with 5 to 120 people in and around software, where something is off: delivery slipped, the team feels too big for what ships, the platform bill grows faster than revenue, or a supplier or lead developer has become a single point of trust. If you recognise the situations in the case studies, this is the entry point.

The intro call stays free and stays 15 minutes. The diagnosis starts only when the scope is written down and both sides have signed it. Buying or investing rather than running? That is technical due diligence, a separate service.
