Most Belgian companies that need senior technology leadership don't need it five days a week. They need the right calls made, in Dutch or English, by someone who has sat in the seat.
What the fractional form covers
- 2 to 4 days a month, 3 months minimum: the operating rhythm reviewed, the roadmap challenged, the supplier and hiring decisions made with you.
- A lead developer or engineering manager coached into the bigger job, instead of a search for someone above them.
- The cloud and agency bills read once a quarter by someone with no stake in them.
